Carradeux

(Port-au-Prince)

Pastor Jeanty and his wife live in a small home within a cramped government developed neighbor-hood. It quickly came into existence shortly after the terrible earthquake that rocked Haiti in 2010.

They are seeking to be a "light" on a hill in the midst of a challenging situation. Every Sunday a group of believers meet in their small home (seen in these pictures). They are praying that God will make a way to reach their neighborhood for Christ.

Immediately behind their home is a small plot of land that is designated as a location for a church. The government has indicated that should a group want to build and use this location that they would consider giving permission. The land cannot be purchased, nor can any of the other plots of land in this neighborhood. The Jeantys and their congregation are believing God will make a way where there is no way.
